Can I write B.Sc Annual Exam in Sep/Oct 2019?

I am a BSc student in Vivekananda Degree College, Osmania University.

I joined B.Sc in 2013. I have cleared almost all the subjects except Physics 3. I wrote the exam yesterday but the paper was a bit tough for me and I don't think I will pass. If I fail, will I get another chance? My friend said that this might be the last chance for students who joined Degree in 2013-2014 but we are not sure.

I hope I can write the exam one more time, in September so that I can clear Physics 3 as well....
