Original memo

Sir, I have one backlog in 4-2 semester but I didnt received original memo of it to apply for grace marks. They gave 28th as the last date to apply for grace marks to issue PDC and CMM early. Even if I apply original memo in tatkal mode I won't get memo within 28th(last date). So what to do to get PDC and CMM early?
